really liked it

Habit building is one of those eternal struggles. I was a bit hesitant to read one more book about this topic, feeling good about the habits I had built along these years, however, I decided to give it a go propelled by a reading club. I was happily surprised to find that the book had still so many great tips to share. After all, nobody is perfect and the owner of all knowledge of a topic in the universe. Many of James Clear points were right on spot and confirmed what I had read and already put into practice, but there were still some recommendations that could definitely improve my daily routine and approach to the matter of habit building.
I found the repetitive summaries and references at the end of the chapter a bit annoying, interrupting my reading flow, but well, I guess it made sense for those wanting to get more into depth by any of the materials quoted or described. Now that I think of it, perhaps it is a good strategy because most of us tend to forego the references at the end of a book while it could be handy at the end of the chapter for those interested to check those facts in that precise moment.
