really liked it
bookshelves: depressing, lgtbqia, published-2017, sci-fi, young-adult, read-2018

3.5 stars. I liked it, but there is part of it that bothered me. I'm grappling with how to put it into terms - mostly I think it relates back to any media I've watched with something that can predict the future, and how telling someone they'll die today is essentially shaping and forcing the future? I don't know.

I'll definitely be reading more of Adam Silvera's books though.
