Recommend this book to someone who has no idea what it is about, even after going through the summary, as they will stand to gain the most from it. The author explains a number of facts about how and why we behave the way we do, in very simple language.
The best parts of the book are the do-it-yourself bits, the personal questions the author asks the reader, and the way he knows beforehand when the reader is bound to be surprised or in a denial mode. Compelling casual statistics cannot change our long-held beliefs unless some personal experience is involved.
It does take forever to finish the book though. Don't give up. MBA readers can actually speed-read through a number of chapters which have already been taught in the OB subject.
