Guy Montag is a fireman. In the future, firemen burn books and all that protect them, rather than put fires out. Montag loves his job until he meets a curious young girl that causes him to question everything he is about.

Reading this for the second time gave me a glimpse into what I imagine the after-life to be like. Let me explain. I read this book when I was in about 4th grade (probably about 32 years ago?), and I thought I remembered how the story went. As I re-read it, all things were brought to my remembrance, and it was as though I had previously been looking at the story through dark or dirty glasses. Everything was suddenly clear. So the story gets 3 stars, but this leg of my journey gets 5 stars!
