Sarah's Reviews > Samaritan
This is one of those authors that somewhere along the way someone told me to check them out. I don’t remember which book they recommended or why, but the author’s name managed to stick in my memory. So, when I ran across Samaritan at Salvation Army, I grabbed it up without paying much mind to what it was about. I probably would have held off on starting it if I had realized it was about a middle aged man...I seem to have bombarded myself with novels about middle aged men lately. I’m glad I didn’t read the jacket cover because I ended up really liking the book. It’s just plain, good old, solid writing. The story twists and turns, much the same way reality does.
