Finally Fang & Aimee's story!!! In this Were-Hunter book, Kenyon takes us all the way back to the beginning of Fang's story so we can meet his pack & understand his relationship with Vane & even Fury before they found out they were brothers. It was Fang & Aimee's side of Night Play (Dark-Hunter, #6) which was really interesting because nothing was as it seemed. We met a few new characters & of course got to know the bears much better. I loved Aimee's dedication to her family, she's the perfect match for the ever loyal Fang & it was a very well told story, full of heart wrenching moments & bits of wisdom I've come to love & expect from Kenyon.

Aimee wiped her tears away. "Simi? What is it you told me once about families?"

"We have three kinds of family. Those we are born to, those who are born to us, and those we let into our hearts."

Family.

It was all that ever mattered.
