This suffers from too many things happening, too many points of view, and a lack of focus. I enjoyed it to an extent, but not anywhere near as much as I liked his others.

Etoilenoire Same here - this book was all over the place and I never felt like I had a good grasp of the stories or maybe I just didn't care about any of them... It would have been better to focus on Atticus and have the other two Druids at the same locations with him. Oberon stole the show as usual though.

Haydn Normally I'd agree with you about Oberon, but this time he took second place to Orlaith...which is kind of depressing considering how little dialogue she actually has. Despite that, she garnered more of my attention because she seemed to actually have emotions whereas Oberon just seemed to be comedic the entire time he was around rather than overtly useful to anyone. Just different than Hearne's other books.
