it was amazing

I am really enjoying the Alpha Girl series and "Avoiding Alpha" is the perfect follow up to book one. This time Tessa is faced with trying to remove a curse that is threatening to kill her best friend and roommate, Meredith. In order to do so, Tessa will have to meet with the evil leader of the local witches coven named, Lucinda who wants to separate Tessa from her wolf.

It seems the coven is separated into two camps, one that disagrees with Lucinda's dark magic and the ones who follow her out of fear. Like most maniacal leaders, an overactive ego may prove to be Lucinda's downfall. However, Tessa will have to learn this lesson the hard way.

The more Tessa works at saving Meredith, the more she grows. Soon she will discover she has the added benefit of an allie she never knew existed. If Tessa is to survive this situation and help her friend she will have to join forces with every Allie she can find.

Once again, Ms. Erin does a great job at writing great characters including the evil ones. There is plenty of action and sweet moments for Tessa and Dastien as they attempt to save their friend as well as get use to their mating bond. I enjoyed this book tremendously and anxiously await the next book in this series.
