it was amazing

Most amazingtastic historical fiction I have read in years! Loved it to the bottom of my heart and would not ask anymore from it because it had EVERYTHING I ever wanted from a historical fiction. It was beautifully written and I just wish I could forget it so I could read it over and pee myself laughing all over again at "Satans hairy ass" which I still haven't gotten over and will surely be using on my friends because; why not?

The characters were so perfect oh good lord they were so perfect I wish they were real. Even the maids were fabulous.

Reuban...oh reuban...he's a good enough reason to want to read the book because of his smexy goofyness even though he'd probably say otherwise. You just want to either cuddle him to death or smack him or both at the same time!

I cannot wait until the next book because this book has made me cry laughing more than any other historical fiction book about war I've ever read and I'm pretty sure I laughed more than I read. This book has enough of everything that you're on the edge of your seat and the end of every chapter. I might just have failed my math exam but it was totally worth it all the way!!!
