Fabulous book about how choice architecture can improve people's lives by encoding goals in the structure of the system. The cookies get placed after the fruit in the cafeteria line, or the default for the 401k is opt in with a 2% increase each time the employee gets a raise. Both are paternalistic attempts to improve outcomes and both allow users to opt out.
