really liked it
bookshelves: short-stories, fiction

Dealing with real life can be mind boggling, but Munro glibly shows us how people make the best of it. She deserves far more credit for being a good storyteller. Her prose smoothly and swiftly transports the reader into the time and era of each of the 10 stories in this collection. They are well worth re-reading.
