really liked it

I give this book a solid 3.8 out of 5 stars. It was a read-worthy conclusion to this trilogy.
It took much longer to get this story going. The added conflict with Nadia's mother was a great twist, but it didn't get enough attention. Most of the book was from Russ' point of view.
Many of the items that I expect were meant to be surprising twists fell flat for me. I enjoyed the story anyway, and it was quite tense once we finally got to D.C. I will say that the portions about Mrs. Whitehouse were not believable to me. Also, I felt that if Mr. Specter had been so great at forecasting the future, he would have been more important to the PG - meaning he wouldn't have needed to turn to The Associates.
I enjoyed this story. The characters seemed authentic, although I wish more time had been given to developing Mallory. We really know her the least of the four and she played an important role in the book.
