I wouldn't say this book was perfect. But I feel it was deserving of five stars because I stayed up all night until I finished reading it.

The story takes place in a world after our world is dead. They've lost all technology and must remake it again. There are new societies and new beliefs.

Fever Crumb is a young with no parents, adopted by a group of scientist that believe life itself is a waste of time, and the only things to be done are the rational things.

Fever struggles to discover who she is as a person, and even what she is.

The story is a thrill ride crammed to the brink with mysteries and disbelief.

But not without it's faults, there are some places where I think a little more could be explained. The story is fast paced, almost to a point your left behind.

I got this book from first reads.
