it was amazing

An intelligently written criticism of the inherent flaws that inevitably follow vigilantes, masked adventurers and the world's first real superhero and the crippling domino effect it has on history and the social structure of the surrounding society. With complex characters and a puzzle of a storyline rich with symbolism and satire of "superhero culture" itself, it's no wonder it's become one of the most celebrated graphic novels of all time. However, if you're looking for something simple like Xmen or the Justice League, don't bother; you really, really won't get it. Seriously, you'll hate it unless you're willing to actually think about what you're reading, which doesn't make it an appealing read for the masses.
