Have you ever had trouble focusing on your work? Of course you have, you're only human. Well, here are the solutions proposed by this book:

* Just tell yourself to focus.
* If you can't remember to tell yourself to focus, try writing it down on a card that you can carry around in your pocket.
* Buy one of those page per day calendars with jokes or cute kittens on them, so you always know what day it is.

That's about the depth of this book. I read it so you don't have to, you can thank me later. In fact, it's a good idea to never bother with a book where the author thinks it's necessary to put ", PhD" or ", MD" or whatever after their name.
