it was ok
bookshelves: the-classics

Wonderful in the beginning. Exciting in the middle. Tedious as you approach the climax. A punishment in the end. The ending of this work is as difficult to believe as the ending of Mill on the Floss. Plus, super boring. I would recommend any other book by Eliot above it, especially Adam Bede. That one is incredible.
