This book gave me a lot to think about. I plan to slowly work through the self-awareness strategies and exercises laid out in each chapter. I know there is much I can learn from this book if I take the time. I didn't agree with everything stated, specifically I have concerns with the belief that we all choose to be sick or to die. Though I can agree that we can, through stress, bring some sickness into our lives unnecessarily, I also don't believe you can will any sickness away through positive affirmation. I think, like anything, you have to take this advice with a grain of salt...but ultimately I believe I learned some important leassons that can only affect my life positively. I'm glad I read it.
