really liked it

Good book with a process on how to accept and effectively deal with reality in your life. Good advice on how to sort problems in a way that lets you drop most of them (hint: they're not your problems to begin with). Also a way of looking at things that happen in life, which I feel most people will find helpful.

Nothing here that people into new age or self-development books probably haven't read other places, but it's said in ways which are unique and will be helpful in achieving a deeper understanding of these very important concepts.

The best part about this book, for me, is that she actively encourages "the work" which needs to be done through her 4-step process. It goes beyond theory and good ideas to take things to the next level, which is actually putting these things into action in your life.
