I was really enjoying this story until I got to the part about the madam of a bawdy house ... who shares MY name! Spelling my name the way I do - with the double G on the end - is actually the way it's spelled as a last name. Imagine my surprise to find another Pegg - first name - only to find that she's a harlot.

Thank you, Michelle Griep. **she says in a slightly sarcastic tone**

Aside from that personal affront ;) I did enjoy this story. Ethan is a wonderfully flawed hero, the type I seem to be drawn to. Miri is a heroine with a heart of gold, even toward her own family members who do/have treated her badly. And who couldn't enjoy the appearances of John Newton?! A story well worth reading.
