really liked it

Really interesting biography. Who knew that Newton was an alchemist, superb detective, and business efficiency consultant in addition to being a really great mathematician? I definitely enjoyed this. The author got bogged down in a couple of minor details, probably as a counter-response to other Newton biographers. If he could have cut 25 of the 250 pages, it would have gotten 5 stars. Well researched (and additional 50 pages of bibliography and notes). Overall well written.
