I read this book during the cold winter, and it made me warm inside. Kate Livingston is a wonderful mother. I can understand why she was so hesitant to have any romantic feelings for someone she knew nothing about. It was nice to read a story which also discussed juvenile diabetes. My father died from this disease at a young 49 years of age. If the hints and tips offered in this book even touch the lives of a few young people, it will be well worth the time she spent on research. I definitely recommend this book.
