I generally love Michele Weiner-Davis' work, and women who live in sex-starved marriages will find a lot of comfort here. She explains the plight and emotions of these women well, and gets to the root of the issues of why men don't want sex.
What I was uncomfortable with, though, was that she didn't seem to take pornography seriously enough. She acknowledged that it was a big cause of men's low desire (and in my work as a marriage and sex author and blogger I'd say it's the biggest cause in men under 40), but she seems to think porn is okay in marriages as long as both partners are happy with it.
Given the research that is coming out on how horrible porn is to marriage and to men's sex drives, I just think the book would have been stronger if Weiner-Davis had come out stronger against porn.
