(Review from the author)
it was amazing

My review of this work is rather shameless, as I am the author of the book. I wrote this book because many books on residential construction take a topical approach rather than an integrated approach. Rather than having a chapter on budgeting, scheduling, contracting, etc., I wrote chapters centered on how one moves through the actual work of the project. The five main chapters of the book are centered around the project lifecycle: initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing. The reader will learn how all the parts of the project integrate together to perform the actual work of the project. I hope you enjoy the book.
