I didn't like the author. I didn't need to do an online search to know that she was a Democrat Socialist (her words, not mine); words like "proletariat" aren't used by people who like the middle class and middle management. She was snide, superior, condescending, and hostile to people of her own class -oh, the irony- while identifying with the worker.

That said, I am grateful to have been exposed to a world that I wasn't aware of before. It opened my eyes to a need that I hope to one day be able to fulfill.
