it was ok
bookshelves: comics
Read from February 02 to 08, 2010

This was interesting, but no more than your average Marvel comic (of which I AM a fan).
This graphic novel was a graphic graphic novel and frankly pretty gross at times.
The characters were intriguing. I didn't love the art, it was a little too sketchy and unpolished.
Did it make me want to read Neverwhere? No.
Well...maybe, but not for my first Gaiman experience, which I have yet to have.

Annalisa Read Stardust. That's Gaiman that's fun and more mainstream. I'm not into graphic novels, just their movies :).

message 2: by Rachel (new)

Rachel Cami, I'm glad I'm not Neil Gaiman... ;)
Annalisa, I really liked the movie. I will have to try the book!

[Name Redacted] Don't read Gaiman's novelization. The original tv mini-series (which was created by Gaiman and comedian Lenny Henry) is far superior.
