Liam thinks that he is a screw-up of royal proportions. His dad never lets up on him, and never lets him forget it. So when Liam gets thrown out of the house after one big, last mistake (trying to get laid, while drunk, on his father's desk), he ends up living with his very "different" Uncle Pete. Liam decides that this time, with a fresh start, he can be the son that his father always wanted. But Liam did not figure on the way that his uncle, his friends, and the girl next trailer over would change his life. A realistic, yet hopeful story, with a realistic ending. Going keeps the plot moving along.
