Thinking, Fast and Slow
I read this for a class a while back. I'd like to read a summary of it to get the details again, but its discussion of System 1 and System 2 — the first of which leads your mind to make decisions based on incomplete information, and the second of which is a much more deliberate and methodological approach to coming to conclusions using rationality and logic (but more time and energy-intensive) — is a very useful one to keep in mind when making decisions or thinking critically about things.
