really liked it
bookshelves: mystery-thriller-to-read
Read from April 18 to 20, 2012

With the intrigue, mystery and it's huge landscape of uncharted territory of the Amazon, Rollins takes you on a fun adventure. With a good explanation's on the plant life, their different uses for healing by the natives, to all of the different critters that can be deadly, to the irratating insects...it's not a place I would like to spend a night in. Add in the search for a "miracle" drug, a hugh pharmaceutical company that will stop at nothing to be the first to get their hands on it, the action is nonstop.

The Pirate Ghost (Formerly known as the Curmudgeon) It's a great read. Ice Hunt and Subterranean are also really fun reads too. And of course, I love his sigma force series which, I believe gets a shout out at the end of this book.

Love the Review.

Lee Thanks, Curmudgeon... Only stand alone I haven't read is his last one. The Sigma Force series is next.
