Oh my how I loved this book. It was inspiring, it was funny and it was informative. I love it and think it's the perfect read for January, when we tend to make resolutions.

Re-read this book in January 2011. Continued to be inspired by the topic and actions taken by the author. Did find her to be a little self-righteous at time. I think this transcends the genre of self-help and memoirs and is a practical book for those looking for more happiness.
