WOW. I just finished this book an hour ago. It's one of the best books I've ever read. Percival Everett continues to tackle race, identity, and social issues in one of the most distinct, comedic, satiric, and original ways I've ever experienced as a reader. This book had me laughing and smiling through out, but not just because there was simple comedy, but because there was a biting social commentary that was infused with it.

I'd love to just sit in on one of Everett's classes at USC.
