Written by Randy Pausch it covers his life mostly after finding out he had terminal pancreatic cancer. He gave a lecture on life to Carnegie Mellon after finding about his diagnosis. In doing so he became a folk hero over the internet for his positive nature and ability to deal with his illness. His dedication to family and putting the lecture into context of summing up his life and philosophy for his three children some of whom are too young to maintain a viable memory in the future is awe inspiring.
