A pretty book that introduces colors throughout the seasons in an almost poetic way. I was struck by how similar the illustrations were to David Lucas's Halibut Jackson. Very pleasing on the eye and ear.

Erin I love this book. Illustrations also remind me a bit of Little Yellow Leaf by Cari Berger.
