really liked it
Read in January, 2010

Had a weird train ride back from Pittsburgh just before Thxgiving. Crazy guy started called me "Marvin" out of the blue and then came up and squeezed a banana I had sitting on the seat next to me. Bruised it pretty bad but I still ate it later. Anyways, that made me pick up my bags and go to the lounge car where I met this older guy that saw me reading Pynchon's new book, told me to read this, so I got it from the library. Rebekah snagged it from me first of course, but now I've got my paws on it.

Okay, read it. It's good, but too long. Mr Roberts should have thought: trilogy! He comes across fake humble lots of the time, but then I guess, we probably all do. A heavy handed editor could have made this a better read.

I'd like to give a thumbs-up to your fruit attitude.
