It's rare these days that I lose myself in a book.
I did in "Blood of Whisperers".
The political intrigue is wonderfully mingled with action and sorcery. The plot is tense constantly. And the various points of view (I won't spoil it here) are facinating and handled brilliantly. Every character is important and memorable.
Again, I'm not a fan of trilogies, but I am soooooooo keen to read book 2.
