really liked it
bookshelves: last-in-series, fantasy, war, young-adult, school, belton, need-to-read-something-else-first

I hated the way she wrapped everything up so neatly in the end. I think she did it just to spite all the fan writers who have been using her characters because she left very little room for them to manuver without completely ignoring canon. I hated how so many of the deaths in this book felt like plot points instead of really hitting you. I hated how slow the first half of the book was. I could have used some more Luna Lovegood. And if any of the girls were going to be with Harry, it shouldn't have been Ginny. That's just my opinion, but I really hate that ship... It was a good end to the series, minus the epilogue, but it still had a lot of things that had me extremely frustrated with it.
