it was amazing
bookshelves: nonfiction

This was an amazing story with a fresh perspective. I've read a good deal of Holocaust literature over the years, but not as much lately. This one really stood out for me both because of the non-Jewish prisoner as well as the excellent writing. I bought it, too. I'm a reader, but mostly only buy books for others.
