Since I am very goal-oriented and driven by checking things off and charts I found this book refreshing. I admired Gretchen for setting off on a year-long task and I derived a certain amount of satisfaction seeing how she decided to make her life better. There were a lot of good suggestions and I while I would like to implement them I don't think I would be able to tackle all of them like Gretchen did. I don't think that I am disciplined enough to do that drastic of a lifestyle change. I still found this book inspiring and I felt like I should set up some goals for my life after reading it. I would recommend.
