** spoiler alert ** I absolutely loved this book. I read it over a day and a half because I just couldn't put it down. Sarah's Key is the story of a girl named Sarah, whose family is rounded up in a raid in France during WWII because they are Jewish and taken to a work camp. Before Sarah's family is rounded up, she hides her little brother in a cupboard and promises to come back for him. Meanwhile in the present day, Julia Jarmond is an American living in Paris and working at a magazine for expatriates who sets out to uncover the mystery of Sarah after doing a story on the round ups in France done by French police during WWII.
