it was amazing
bookshelves: recommended-to-me, contemporary, enviromental, management, non-fiction, favorites

Muller walks the reader thru all the hype around global warming and energy sources to reach the science behind it. And he does it in an entertaining and clear way. Nuclear power, gasoline, electric, natural gas, wind and solar; learn their advantages and disadvantages.

Why I started this book: Christmas present from my brother.

Why I finished it: I've talked to my co-workers about this, I've talked to my roommate and I will gladly talk to a random stranger about this. Fascinating, informative and humorous... when was the last time that you said that about a science book? (Probably Stiff: The Curious Lives of Human Cadavers.) I would highly recommend this for a book club, because everyone already has their favorite solutions and it would be neat to argue about them with solid facts.
