really liked it
bookshelves: teacher-resources
Recommended for: veteran teachers, grad students, literacy researchers

A fantastic collection of varied essays chronicling recent vocabulary research. I especially enjoyed the chapters dealing with morphology. The book may be a bit dense for teachers looking for a quick guide to vocabulary instruction, but if hoping for a compilation of effective research to inform instruction, this is your resource!
