it was amazing

Book 1: Fires of Winter
Lady Brenna's village and home is attacked by Vikings, the very people her father had made a bargain with. A bargain where she was to marry one of them. She is very capable with weapons and fights her best, but she can not conquer them all. She is taken as a slave and brought to their icy home, far from hers. They may have taken her body prisoner but they would not win her Celtic heart or spirit.
Garrick Haardrad is the son of the ruthless Viking chieftain and she is given to him. He has been bitter ever since the woman he loved left to marry a wealthier man. Brenna fights him for her freedom and refuses to be a slave to anyone. Garrick finds her comely but just cannot trust any woman ever again. Will love break through this Vikings icy heart?

Lindi Peterson I need to read this again. I named my daughter Brenna after this book, uh 27 years ago!! Loved it them, I'm sure I'll love it still.

Judy Our son is 27 as well. I have read these books 3 or 4 times and I just listed her books on my blog which is author book lists and reviews. I only started writing reviews in the past year. So I am trying to go on memory.
I have so many books to read but as I'm working on my blog I want to read all of these again!

Lindi Peterson Ah, so many memories! I think I've read almost every one of her books. I don't think I read the Warrior Woman series--just the first one.

Judy I actually started reading that last night. I have every book and read them all except the newest Passion Rules.
