i learned that an I beam is actually a W Beam. The W stands for WIDE and it refers to the size of the FLANGE. The W Beam flange is wider that the original steel S Beam.

Diana I think that book is cool.
One of my favorite books that I donated to Mike's library is my Architecture Dictionary.
I used to know things.
You're cool for knowing things like W beam and that it's beeeeger than the S beam.
I'm not reading anything at the moment. All my books have been packed for 2 weeks...moving this weekend.
