I found this a really engrossing read. I agree with others who have said there was some extraneous footnoting, and some of the spanglish is totally lost on a busta white like myself, but still, it's incredibly well written. Geeks like me will go giddy over all the great references, and there is a wonderful mix of humour, heartbreaking drama, and all of the wonderful awkwardness that accompanies high school and college life for a kid who'd rather roll a D20 than roll with his homies. (hurr hurr hurr, so punny)
