Fortunately, I read an omnibus version, in chronological order, so this is the first I taken. A good beginning for a wonderful saga. :)

I don't know, I am not finished yet and this is my first Narnia book, but I have seen the films there are so far and I must say I really like reading this only afterwards. I have quite a thing for prequels in general, I guess and am really enjoying only now discovering how some things came to be. It's so realistic to me. In life, you only see what is now and if you are lucky, later on figure out how it all came to this and what people's motivations are. In life you hardly ever hear a story from the very beginning to the very end. You get it in bits and have to put them together yourself. I am much in love with this book already and will have to finish it now. <3
