MacKayla Lane’s life changes completely when her sister is murdered in Ireland. Before her death she leave a cryptic message on Mac's cell phone which Mac only hears after her sisters death.
Soon the police stops the investigation and Mac is flying to Ireland to search for answers. She wants to find the killer of ther sister badly.

She meets the misterious Jericho Barrons, the owner of a book shop and Vlane a Fae who makes sex an addiction for human women.

Mac finds out that she is the only one who can touch the Sinsar Dubh. Both men, Barrons and Vlane, want her to find it and give it to them. But whom can she really trust? Each one has his secrets.

In the second installment Mac is still searching for the Sinar Dubh and has to fight new enemies to get it. Still on her side Jericho Barrons for which she is running the bookstore and Vlane.
Vlane tries to act more human. Meanwhile the air is crackling around Mac and Barrons.

Mac still don't know who Barrons really is. He won't tell her. But the air is still crackling.
Mac knows her worst enemy is near, her sister's killer. He wants to kill her too.

Her worst enemy, the Lord Master, has got Mac. Now she is priya. A sex slave, an addict. If the doesn't get sex she will die. Luckily her friend Dani saved her from him and protected her till Barrons came to get her.
Barrons is trying to save her from being priya, what has never worked before. For that he "must" sleep with her, what he absolutely enjoys.

"Dreamfever" is the book with the most love scenes in this series in it so far. But for my taste it could be still more detailed.

This book has a huge cliffhanger. So I can't wait to read the next one! I hope Mac and Barrons end up together.
