it was amazing

Where do I even begin? This was one of the most inspiring books I have ever read, and I don't use that word lightly. Ayaan Hirsi Ali is such a brave, strong, compassionate woman; I was amazed by her life story and I learned so much from this book. I can't say that I agreed with every sentence here, and of course she makes mistakes just like the rest of us do. My interest lagged a little during the last 100 pages or so, but even then it wasn't any kind of a struggle to read. I would recommend this to pretty much everyone in the whole world.
My only real complaint is the title. The word "infidel" says so little about the author's life. It seems like the publisher just told her to call it that because it's a popular word these days. Boo, I say. Her other book, The Caged Virgin (which I haven't read) has a much more interesting and expressive title.
