Depending on your level of familiarity, this is either a fine introduction to the world of Achewood, or a nostalgic meander down forgotten alleyways. Though it covers a scant few months (Jan-May 2002), this volume introduces the cats (Ray, Roast Beef, Pat), with whom Onstad really starts cooking with charmingly offensive plot gas.
