Who the hell Holly Golightly is?
As a majority of people I watched the movie first. She's darker in the book, there's no strict love story and final inspiring speach. The Cat has been found only metaphorically (or it seemed to me), but still... Who this woman is? Retrospecting geisha of modern times? Romantic person with broken dreams? Child abuse victim? She's very disturbing character indeed, because I feel that's she's true, she's real and at same time I cannot understand her. I mean I can in a "this is complicated character" kind of way, but I really really can't.
