The food chain and the processing of our food is fascinating. Chickens, corn, organics, clean food, industrial foods, and all of the politics that accompany USDA and food labeling are discussed in this book. My rating changed from a 3- 5 at times as I found some of the chapters more interesting and scarier than others. It is amazing what the author did to learn as much as possible about what we are really eating and to prepare four meals.
