really liked it
bookshelves: sf

The second adventures of the time/space/literature investigator Thursday Next. Not as good as the first, mostly because of the erratic jumping between too many plot lines. For example, there are transitions like going from "save the world" to "pay the rent on time", and the sudden downshift into a mundane plot tends to destroy the momentum of the serious plots. Overall it is a fun read, which is all the book is trying to provide.
